Bourbon Balls
1 pkg. (12 oz.) vanilla wafers finely crushed ( 3 cups) 1 cup confectioners' sugar 1 cup finely chopped pecans 1/4 cup light corn syrup 2 tables p o o ns unsweetened cocoa 1/2 cup bourbon 1/2 cup granulated sugar
In large bowl thoroughly mix all ingredients except granulated sugar. Shape into 1" b a lls, roll in granulated sugar. Store in tightly covered container for at least 3 days before serving to allow flavors to mellow. Keeps up to 2 weeks. Do not freeze. Makes about 3-1/2 dozen.

LOL Ginger, I consider them easy. These days unless something is easy to make, I don't make it. I used to spend hours/days making things. I'm too old now to spend a lot of time on things. I have other similar recipes to this. There are several out there. But, I just don't have time to post them.
