2 # ground beef 2 eggs 1 cup corn flakes, crushed 1 onion chopped 2 teasthingys pepper 2 tablesthingys parsley i use dried parsley for the sauce half cup ketchup a third cup of brown sugar packed 2 tablesthingys cider vinegar i use apple juice or orange juice. 1 and a half teasthingys of brown mustard. you can use dry mustard or regular wet mustard. i use honey mustard. preheat oven to 350 degrees. prepare sauce in a bowl and set aside. combine meatloaf ingredients with hands until evenly mixed. work in half of the sauce with the meatloaf. place the meatloaf in a loaf pan and shape it. pour the remaining sauce on the top and bake for 50 minutes or until center is no longer pink. enjoy

LOL It makes me laugh every time I see the tea and table thingys. Pro Boards won't let you write s p o o n. I don't believe this is a meatloaf recipe I've made, can't remember using corn flakes. So, I guess I need to add them to my shopping list and give this recipe a try. Thanks Pombird. Maybe one of these days I'll find time to post more of my recipes.
